Great stay highly recommend

Family break.
Very warm welcome. Booked 3 adjoining rooms all very clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent, fresh ingredients and plenty of it!!. Location very good, on a quiet avenue a short walk from Llandudno centre. Plenty of on road parking. Parked directly outside.

A lovely overnight stay.
Had a lovely overnight stay here, very warm welcome from hosts Betty & Ian . Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and a great choice, well presented and hot. As it was my husband’s birthday on the morning we had breakfast Betty and Ian had put a birthday banner on our table with a birthday card which was a lovely touch. A lovely stay
A lovely 1 night stay.Ian and Betty are warm, friendly and go out of their way to ensure your stay is great!..The room we had was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with quality linen and was very quiet. We chose our breakfast when we arrived and we were not disappointed in what we had. In fact it was delicious and the choice was good. Toast, cereals, fruit,juices, tea, coffee ,yoghurts and full English with jams to choose from. We would definitely return. Also their garden is beautiful and parking is no issue at all. Lovely -well looked after!
Lovely - thank you very much for looking after us! Excellent meet and greet (sorry I didn’t get the joke but it was a long cycle ride…) and we were very well looked after at every stage- and our bikes too! Little gem of a place to stay with amazing hosts
Absolutely fantastic hosts, Ian and Betty made us feel welcome from the start of our stay. Great with our kids who really opened up to them. Facilities are fantastic, cleanliness is really good. A great stay at Agar house
The guest house was clean comfortable and the hosts so very welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional, the black pudding was the first I have had that was perfectly cooked, even I as a highly qualified chef have never managed that feat. Our stay was great.
