EXCELLENTVerified A lovely overnight stay. Had a lovely overnight stay here, very warm welcome from hosts Betty & Ian . Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and a great choice, well presented and hot. As it was my husband’s birthday on the morning we had breakfast Betty and Ian had put a birthday banner on our table with a birthday card which was a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable with quality linen and was very quiet. We chose our breakfast when we arrived and we were not disappointed in what we had. In fact it was delicious and the choice was good. Toast, cereals, fruit,juices, tea, coffee ,yoghurts and full English with jams to choose from. We would definitely return. Also their garden is beautiful and parking is no issue at all. Excellent guesthouse, located on a nice, quiet road, just a short walk to Llandudno centre. The property is of a high standard, with an amazing front garden with seating area to enjoy the late afternoon sunshine.
